Each week we select one video as a Candi Nominee out of all videos produced by our Candidio Producers. This week’s video is by CultureRX, the creators of the Results Only Work Environment (ROWE). In the video, we hear from the team at SpinWeb and how ROWE has changed the way they do their jobs.
We asked Jody Thompson at CultureRX a few questions about producing this video. Here’s what she had to say.
Q) What was the purpose of this video?
A) We wanted our audience to contact us to learn more about ROWE after viewing this video because we want to help them bring this revolutionary workplace culture to their organizations.
Q) What was your favorite part about producing this video?
A) Our favorite part about producing the video was seeing the excitement in our clients’ faces when they talk about how life-changing ROWE is.
Q) What did you learn from producing this video that could help other Candidio Producers?
A) We learned that it’s important to help our clients feel at ease so they can speak naturally. We want to make sure our videos are authentic and we enjoy the spontaneous dialog that results.
